BABY CORN MASALA RECIPE/BABY CORN GRAVY/BABY CORN CURRY with detailed photo and video recipe. Rich and creamy gravy recipe from popular north Indian or Punjabi people prepared with tender and fresh baby corn. This is simple restaurant style creamy recipe. Tastes perfect with roti, naan, chapati and even with jeera rice or pulav. Recipe like any other traditional curry recipe. Baby corn is prepared with onion and tomato basis sauces and cashew cream.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat 3 tsp of oil add chopped baby corn saute in Kadhai and remove in a plate. Then in kadhai heat 3 tsp oil properly and saute 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon and 2 pods cardamom, 1 tsp cumin till it turns aromatic.
- Saute 2 onion 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Add 1/4 tsp garam masala
- add roasted baby corn
- add 1 cup water to adjust consistency
- cover and cook for 10 min till baby corn cook well
- finally serve baby corn masala with roti and naan
- NOTES
- Firstly chope the baby corn as per your choice
- also cook tomato tomato pulp well else curry taste raw
- you can add capsicum,peas along with baby corn
- Baby corn masala taste great because prepared slightly creamy.
