Oats sesame ladoo/no ghee no sugar


 Oats sesame laddoo recipe - Healthy ladoo that goes well in snacks box or as after school or evening snacks. oats are rich in fiber and protein. If you don't like to eat oats then you must try this laddoo .This laddoo having fantastic taste. It contains no sugar and this is a very easy and healthy, easy sweet ball to satisfy your sweet craving with minimum efforts and very few ingredients. You can make this in festival seasons also, When we were small my mother use to make til laddoo every year. She was using black or white sesame seeds. That was my favorite laddoo.

My mother of course made them with jaggery so her process was more involved where she melted the jaggery first, then cooked it to correct consistency, and then added sesame seeds and made laddoos. these laddoos require less cooking time and easily available ingredients at home. Sesame seeds contain omega -3 fatty acids. It also provides us warmth which is essential for the winter season. With the goodness of oats, sesame seeds, and flax seeds this ladoo matches all those festival vibes. Try this soon.

Oats is the healthiest grain . They are gluten-free whole grain great source of vitamin minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels, and reduce risk of heart disease. Oats are commonly eaten for breakfast. They are a good source of carbs and fibers. Oats are loaded with vitamins and minerals and antioxidants. Rich in Manganese, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Copper, iron, zink, Folate, Vitamine B1, B5, a smaller amount of proteins, fats.

Ingredients

  •  1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp almond
  • 2tbsp cashew
  • 2tbsp cashew
  • 1/4 cup dry dates powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup organic jaggery
  • 2tbsp ghee
Method

  1. Dry roast oats on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.Transfer in a plate and set aside to cool down.
  2. Dry roast sesame seeds in the same pan for two minutes. transfer  I a plate and set aside to cool down.
  3. Similarly, dry roast flax seeds for a min in the same pan. Set aside to cool down.
  4. Transfer the roasted ingredients to the blender jar and blend to a coarse powder.
  5. add dry date powder, jaggery, and grind again. Transfer in a plate. add cardamom powder, pistachio powder, cashew and almond powder, and melted ghee and mix well.
  6. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape it into roundels.
