 Mathari is popular tea time snacks in north India which is enjoyed with tea.This recipe we can make at home with very few ingredients. Which is available easily at home only. We prepared this mathari from all purpose flore. INGREDIENTS OF MATHARI 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp  crushed peppercorn 1/2 tsp carom seeds 1tsp cumin seeds 3 tsp ghee one pinch red chilli one pinch chat masala  salt as per taste 3tbsp water 1tsp corn flour and 1tsp ghee HOW TO MAKE MATHRI STEP 1 Mathri is also called Matthi has along shelf life which makes it as a popular indian snacks.It is easy to prepare if you know how to add ingredients in correct amount.To make this snacks take a large bowl and take 1 cup all purpose flour (125gm). add 1/2 tsp crushed peppercorn 1/2 tsp carom seeds 1tsp cumin seeds  salt as per taste 3tsp ghee and mix well by rubbing in your tumb and fingers till everything is incorporated very well.as we r adding ghee in mathri it makes Mathri very crispy and crunchy. at this stage if

 Anarase is one of the Authentic recipe of Maharashtra. Which is made especially in diwali .This sweet is prepared with rice and jaggery it's really very crunchy.Preparation of dough for anarasa is tendium process but end result is worth trying ingredients Rice -500 gm Jagerry-500 gm Ghee Banana 1 tbsp Poppy seeds Method 1.Clean and Wash rice and soak in water for 3days.Change water every day.On third night strain the water and spread rice on a cotton cloth and allow to dry under fan .Next day grind the rice in grinder.and make the flour of it.Sieve the flour through strainer. 2.Add 500 gm jaggery mix well with rice 3.Add the mixture in blender and blend it once 4.Take this mixture in bowl and cover it and give it standing time for 2 hr . mixture will release moisture. 5.Now in this mixture add 4 tbsp ghee and one tbsp banana and knead. 6.Make big balls and keep in airtight container. 7.Keep it for fermentation process. 8.Third day again remove balls and grind it again. 9.You can o
