 Mathari is popular tea time snacks in north India which is enjoyed with tea.This recipe we can make at home with very few ingredients. Which is available easily at home only. We prepared this mathari from all purpose flore. INGREDIENTS OF MATHARI 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp  crushed peppercorn 1/2 tsp carom seeds 1tsp cumin seeds 3 tsp ghee one pinch red chilli one pinch chat masala  salt as per taste 3tbsp water 1tsp corn flour and 1tsp ghee HOW TO MAKE MATHRI STEP 1 Mathri is also called Matthi has along shelf life which makes it as a popular indian snacks.It is easy to prepare if you know how to add ingredients in correct amount.To make this snacks take a large bowl and take 1 cup all purpose flour (125gm). add 1/2 tsp crushed peppercorn 1/2 tsp carom seeds 1tsp cumin seeds  salt as per taste 3tsp ghee and mix well by rubbing in your tumb and fingers till everything is incorporated very well.as we r adding ghee in mathri it makes Mathri very crispy and crunch...
